Theophilos aus Pergamon und bekränze mit goldenemKranz gemäß dem Gesetz wegen seines Wohlwollens und seines Ehrgeizes für das Volk derAthener; dass er auch proxenos der Athener sei; dass man ihm gebe auch das Recht zum Erwerb von Land fürein halbes Talent, von einem Haus bis zu dreitausend Dr.; dass die Thesmotheten für ihndie Prüfung des Geschenkes einleiten, sobald sie zuerst den Gerichtshof aufgefüllt haben; dass diesenBeschluss aufzeichne der Sekretär, der während der Prytanie amtiert, auf eine steinerne Stele und aufstelle aufder Akropolis; dass für die Aufzeichnung und die Weihung der Stele der Schatzmeisterder Militärkasse die entstandenen Kosten begleiche.

Nannakos aus dem Demos EupyridaiIV Sekretär war; im Mounichon am zwölften,gemäß dem Gott (= Sonne) im Thargelion am zwölften, dem zwölften (Tag) der Prytanie;Haupt-Volksversammlung in dem Theater; von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung EuklesS.d. Euphanes aus dem Demos Cholagros und seine Mitvorsitzenden. Beschluss von Rat und Volk;- -s S.d. Chairestratos aus dem Demos Skambonidai stellte den Antrag: Da Theophilos aus Perga-mon wohlwollend ist gegenüber dem Volk, und früher sich aufgehalten hat bei demKönig Eumenes, bei dem er in Ehre stand und in größtem Aufstieg, - - -- - - der Interessen - - - darauf bedacht - - -- - - den privat ankommenden - - -- - - den ihn aufsuchenden - - -- - -- - -- - -

- - - the Council shall decideto praise A- - son of Theophilos of Pergamon and to crown him with a goldcrown according to the law for his goodwill and love of honour towards the People of the Athenians;and he shall be proxenos of the Athenians, and he shall be given the right to own land upto a value of one talent, and housing up to three thousand drachmas. The court presidents shallintroduce the scrutiny of the grant for him when they next fill the court. The prytanysecretary shall inscribe this decree on a stone stele and stand it onthe acropolis.
